We offer refunds for products or services that meet the following criteria: they must be unused, unopened, and returned within 30 days from the purchase date. In case of services, we provide a refund only if the service has not yet been rendered.

For services, a refund will only be provided if the service was not delivered or if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. If the service has been partially provided, a prorated refund may be issued.
